Concrete Rodeo is a country dance hall with no kitchen by design. On busy nights, food trucks may set up out back, the bar pours everything else, and the dance floor does the rest. 21 and up after 9 PM.
No Kitchen, No Problem
Concrete Rodeo never set out to be a restaurant. There is no full kitchen and no printed food menu, and that is the honest frame, not a gap. The room is built for two-stepping, live bands, and a full bar, and when a truck is scheduled, it pulls up out back and handles the food. Nothing to reserve, no host stand, no menu to memorize. When a truck is parked, it gets announced on Instagram, and when there is not one, you can still line your stomach before you come and pull up for the floor. The hall sits at 201 W 26th Street in Historic Downtown Bryan, in the room that used to be the 3rd Floor Cantina.

How Truck Nights Work
Truck nights follow the crowd, not a calendar. On some busy nights, a truck may park out back, and you can duck off the floor, grab something, and be back before the band starts the next song. There is no fixed weekly truck schedule to promise here and no rotating menu posted on this page, because the trucks change and the nights move with the lineup. The one reliable move is to check Instagram before you come, where the current week's nights and whoever is parked up get posted. Getting to the trucks is the same as any night downtown: free street parking around downtown Bryan after 6 PM, a lot out back, and rideshare drop-off out front on 26th Street.
Drinks Are The House's Job
Food might come from a truck, but the drinks are the house's job. Concrete Rodeo runs a full bar with beer, well drinks, whiskey, margaritas, and more, and there is no printed cocktail list to study. Tell the bartender what you are drinking and they will pour it, cash or card. The bar is the constant on any night, whether or not a truck is parked, and it is what keeps a long night going between songs.
